Carly’s pregnancy yoga classes are designed for anyone who is 12 weeks pregnant through to labour. The classes will help prepare you for a positive and active labour, focusing on movements to support the body through pregnancy, labour and beyond. We will pay special attention to opening the hips, lower back and overall strengthening of the body and pelvic floor. You will be taught a variety of breath techniques that you can use through labour, or just to help you to relax on those long nights where you just can’t seem to get comfortable.
The class will equip you with tools and techniques to support you with your labour, whatever happens. As let’s face it you wouldn’t go into a running a marathon without any training!
