move+flow yoga
move + flow yoga combines yoga flows and intuitive movement for your body with a mix of mobility, strength and flexibility. The flow part of the class is a ‘vinyasa’ style of yoga where you flow between postures with a conscious focus on the breath to create fluid movement. The word ‘vinyasa’ comes from the Sanskrit word ‘nyasa’ meaning to ‘place in a special way’.
Carly likes to create creative sequences to focus on particular parts of the body to move and flow through each week to help you explore how and why your body moves in a certain way. The classes always give you opportunity to work at your own pace, offering regressions and progressions of asanas (yoga postures) to allow you to be mindful of your own body and its limits. You can always expect a lovely, guided relaxation at the end of each class to help restore and rejuvenate body and mind.
This class is suitable for a mix of abilities and yoga experience.

move+slow flow yoga
move+slow flow yoga has the same feel as the normal move+flow classes but done at a slow and gentle pace with more focus on deep stretches and stillness. The class is designed for those who need a more restorative style of yoga and would be ideal for any beginner to get used to the postures in your own pace.

recharge+restore yoga
recharge + restore is a nourishing flow practice that combines energising movement and breath work to uplift the body and mind alongside restorative poses to help release tension and tightness. We will move mindfully in tune with our own bodies to soulful tunes to set up you for your day.
