a little about me.
Hey, I am Carly, founder of Zen Flow Yoga.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a mum of two boys, a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, mental health trainer and a lover of all things fitness. My aim and passion in life is to provide a space to educate, empower and support your physical and mental wellbeing allowing you to live your life to the fullest in peace and ease.
Since falling in love with Yoga at University whilst studying Choreography and Dance it became part of who I am today. Movement has always been my medicine, so in 2015 I embarked on my first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and from there Zen Flow Yoga was born. I well and truly had found my calling and continued my learning and went on to train in; pregnancy yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and more recently a 580hr diploma in Yoga Therapy. Aside from teaching yoga and my yoga therapy practice I am a trainer for Mind in Mid Herts running training to support the community with their mental health.

Zen Flow Yoga classes have a strong focus on mobility, strength and flexibility whilst using the breath and mindfulness to help calm and balance the nervous system. Educating our students and clients is a key part of our values. We to teach individuals about mind body connection to give deeper insight into how you can support yourself both on and off the yoga mat.
