  • We offer face to face yoga therapy sessions in the Zen Flow Yoga therapy room in Letchworth Garden City. On-site parking available and all props and equipment are provided.

    Prices per session:

    Initial consultation75 minutes = £70 (first session only)

    Includes:

    The initial consultation session includes:

    •Full medical/injury and health history.

    •Discussion of client’s reasons for starting yoga and goals for practice.

    •Postural, joint motion (if applicable) and breathing exploration.

    •Discussion of ongoing therapeutic plan.

    Yoga Therapy 1-2-160 minutes = £60

    Each session will include around 50 minutes of active practice with a combination of talking, movement, and postural practices, breathwork and guided relaxation/meditation.

    Included in this price and based upon the student’s needs, you will receive additional takeaway home practices to practice in between sessions.

  • In the first initial consultation we will come up with an therapeutic plan based on the discovery call, your intake form and your goals. We will chat through this in the first session together to check you are happy with everything.

    We usually recommend a minimum of six sessions to begin with which we check in on at week 6 to discuss the next course of action. Your therapeutic plan will typically involve the elements of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation.

    You are free to continue with other forms of treatment and, indeed, yoga can be used alongside other modalities very easily.

    Often we will prescribe practices for you to do at home that continue to help you work on your goals. Yoga therapy is about teaching you the skills to help yourself and feel empowered.

    Yoga therapy meets each and every person where they are. Yoga therapy sessions are client-led, client-focused, and focused heavily on compassion.

    I will often run an 8 week Yoga Therapy for Stress, Anxiety & Depression course. The course combines specific yoga therapy techniques with research from the fields of psychotherapy and neuroscience to:

    *Promote the support of others by eliminating habitual patterns of thought and behaviour.
