  • Yes, all our classes are accessible to all levels + are suitable for beginners. ‘move+flow’ is a stronger practice with more focus on strength and dynamic flows, however you can move at your pace + as always progressions or regressions will be offered. ‘move+slow flow’ is a great place to start for beginners or if you prefer a slower practice. We believe that yoga is for everybody so all our classes empower you to move with YOUR body, leave the ego at the door + just work with how your body feels that day.

  • All you need to bring with you is your yoga mat + any other additional props you need for your practice. A blanket is a nice option to bring in the colder months.

  • Vinyasa flow is the type of classes Zen Flow Yoga teaches (aside from our restorative/meditation classes). Vinyasa is a term that is used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness + focus. Vinyasa flow can be used in a fast or slow pace to suit the needs of the class.

  • Our classes run at multiple venues in Letchworth Garden City so before you book check the venue and you will be sent an email before the class with the address details. Each venue has local free parking nearby or onsite.

  • You can book a class here to choose the class that suits you best. You can book a drop in class or pay for a 5 class pass that you can use across your classes as long as it’s within 3 months. Simply register an account with Teamup and download the app to manage your account.

  • We understand that things crop up that are out of your control that means you can no longer attend your class. We have a 6 hour class cancellation policy, anything after this time frame you will be charged or a class will be deducted from your class pass. All late-cancel fees will be charged to the credit card associated with your Zen Flow Yoga account. Workshops and events have a 12-21 day cancellation policy.

  • We do not offer refunds on class passes, drop in classes, courses or workshops and events.

  • Our current classes are not suitable for pregnancy however Carly often runs courses of pregnancy yoga classes or works on individual, bespoke basis with women both prenatal and post-natal for yoga and yoga therapy.
